Shipping policy

MANZEN and its partners are committed to making your shopping experience easy and hassle free from start to finish.

Once you have completed the checkout step of your order and made the necessary payment, we will begin processing your order for shipment within the day.  Kindly take note of our warehouse operating schedule.  Orders made outside the schedule will be processed next business day.  For multiple items per order, we do our best to ship them together but cannot make a guarantee.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an sms notification along with a tracking number.  Use this tracking number to check the status of your order here.

Estimated delivery schedule:

Metro Manila  2-3 business days
Luzon 5-10 business days
Visayas 10-12 business days
Mindanao 10-12 business days

 

Failure

In case our delivery partner is unable to deliver your order the first time, another 2-3 attempts will be made (free of charge).  Thereafter, your order will be returned to our warehouse.  An investigation will be made regarding failure of delivery.  You have the option to request another delivery attempt or refund the order.  With the former, you may be required to bear the additional cost of shipping.

In case we have shipped the wrong order or is incomplete, please contact us so we can investigate your concern.

 

Recommendation

  • Complete your shipping address and keep it updated
  • Provide a mobile number so our delivery partner can contact you
  • Keep your mobile phone charged and in an area with good signal
  • Check the warehouse operating schedule to get an estimate of your delivery
  • Use the tracking number to check the status of your order

Free Shipping

As of February 2022, we have included free shipping rates.

Metro Manila - minimum order of ₱5,000.

Provincial - minimum order of ₱10,000.
