Bistro Mushi Nabe is a modern donabe steamer and all-purpose cooker. It has a beautiful Iga-yaki rustic look with "Iga-mono" etched on the handles. Available in amber and black colors.
It features Far Infrared Rays (FIR) that steams quickly while locking flavors and nutrients inside the food. This allows vegetables to retain their structure and meats to cook tender. The included steam grate allows for healthier cooking, as excess fat and moisture drip through the perforation.
Bistro Mushi Nabe is not an ordinary donabe steamer as it can be heated without liquid. By removing the steam grate, it can be used for sautéing and roasting sweet potatoes, chicken, pork. Just like a classic donabe, it makes soups, stews, and hot pot as well.
Steaming Instructions
