The Yukihira Saucepan represents the Japanese style pan, a staple in every Japanese kitchen going back hundreds of years. It’s a lightweight saucepan that has deep capacity, wide opening, and spouts opposite each other. The Yukihira features a unique surface resembling fish scales hammered to improve durability and conductivity.
In Japanese style cooking, this pan is commonly used in making soup, broth, or simmered vegetables. But it can also be used in a variety of cooking such as sauces, steamed dishes, noodles, and curry.
